Make the "Hollywood of the South" home.

Home Ownership is one of the building blocks of community.

Now Covington seeks to encourage and incentivize three primary areas:

  • Encouraging reinvestment in single family homes
  • Increasing our housing stock of single and multi-family units
  • Replacing any dilapidated or substandard housing

Now Covington supports residential development that can provide for a missing middle. And we're putting our money where our mouth is. The resources below are just some of the innovative ways we are supporting owner-occupied housing.

The Georgia Dream Homeownership Program fulfills homeownership dreams by providing affordable mortgage financing for eligible homebuyers.
